OWNER'S NOTES.
This [removed phone] President Motor Yacht is in very good condition. I have only put 100 hours on this vessel since acquiring it in 2006. It is all fiberglass with lots of teak accents. The salon, galley and staterooms are fully appointed in luxurious teak. This is a great live aboard as well as a fine cruising yacht. The trawler style hull makes for lots of room and President added a large keel to keep this vessel seaworthy in all types of weather.
This yacht is powered by twin Ford Lehman turbo charged diesels @235 HP each. These move this yacht at a comfortable 14Knts at 2100 RPMs with very low fuel usage. It is equipped with a diesel 8 KW Westerbeake generator.
Climb aboard from either port or starboard rail openings or from the swim platform up a four step teak ladder. A hardtop over the aft teak deck helps provide shade on a sunny day. There are two stowage lockers and the teak deck has a nautical style outdoor carpet.
Looking forward you see a three step teak stair entry to the spacious fly bridge. This is the helm station, with auto pilot, radar, Fruno chart plotter two helm chairs, chrome controls and a large chrome wheel. There is lots of seating on cushioned stowage lockers and well as a teak cocktail table.
From the aft deck you enter a spacious salon with a book shelf on the left. The salon, staterooms and galley are air-conditioned by twin AC units. In the salon are two recliner chairs with foot rests and a plush comfortable sofa with twin recliners, the teak floor has a nautical theme area carpet. 120V and 12V electrical panels are on the starboard side along with storage and a dry bar and large chart table. On the port side is more storage and an ice maker with a large serving area.
Center in the salon is three steps down to a spacious galley with a crank up pedestal table that seats six and converts to additional sleeping are for two. The galley has overhead storage over the table. Port side is a sink and Formica counter tops along with a 120 V and 12V stove, oven and refrigerator and 12V micro wave.
On the same level is the forward state room and head. The bed is queen size with stowage under the bed. A hang up closet and drawers for storage are in the stateroom. There is a private entrance to the electric head and shower.
From the salon aft you enter the large aft stateroom, also a queen size bed with stowage under, a hang-up closet and many drawers and cabinets for storage. There is an electric head w/ macerator and full shower in the aft head.
This yacht has had required maintenance every year, oil changes, fuel filters, water filters even with the few hours it was used. It is in fresh water and has been hauled and shrink wrapped since I owned her. Bottom was painted in May 20111 with Pettit Hydro Coat. Both shaft logs have been replaced and all new aluminum zincs were install 5/2011. There is also an additional set of bronze props for those who want to do long cruises.
